The handle is a handcrafted dowel derived from a select variety of woods recovered during the conversion process at the mill. The smooth coated handles are proportionately sized to make the brush ergonomically comfortable to use. A polyethylene stiffener support is cut to precise specifications, is centered in the incision of the handle and help in place with a steel fastener. The width and density of the plastic is calculated and measured proportionately to the size of the brush for perfect flex and stability. This produces consistent, smooth application and unsurpassed product durability
The foam is the highest quality specially formulated, patented foam. Years of experimentation and stestin have yielded the perfect blend of characteristics for the obsorption and distribution of an astounding number of materials.
The Poly-Brush® by Jen smoothes out the paint and covers correctly with fewer strokes, eliminating brush marks or loose bristles so that even the inexperienced users can achieve reliable, professional results.
